Refund policy
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, we are pleased to offer a repair, full refund, or exchange through the following process:
- The item must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
- Notify UOMI STUDIOS team via email at hello@uomistudios.com with images of the fault.
- Please be aware that this warranty does not cover loss of jewellery, general wear and tear, tarnishing, or fading of plated jewellery.
- Upon receipt, your jewellery will be assessed by our team.
- Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed if a fault is confirmed.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If an item was purchased from one of our authorised retailers, contact them first for return, exchange, or repair arrangements, if eligible. All subsequent steps regarding this matter should be coordinated with the original retailer of purchase.
